TMC Transportation has an immediate full-time opening for Building Maintenance working out at our Microtel Inn and Suites Hotel in Columbia, SC.

Monday- Friday including weekends: 830-5pm

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Maintain buildings and grounds of industrial, commercial, public property by performing the following duties:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic janitorial
• Clean grounds, remove litter-inside and outside the building
• Maintain and clean swimming pool and jacuzzi
• Make minor repairs to office equipment and building area
• Assist office departments with moving and storing equipment and documents

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have valid driver’s license
• Able to work extra hours as required by workload and weather conditions
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
