As a Logistics Sales Representative (LSR), you will build and retain client relationships through sales and marketing calls, account management, and ensuring client success in meeting shipping needs. Your primary responsibility will be selling customer freight solutions. You will be responsible for a high volume of customer interactions, including prospecting, generating leads, closing deals, and managing accounts to find freight solutions that meet customers’ needs. Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Previous transportation brokerage/sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software; experience with sales automation, customer relationship management, or similar web-based software programs.
  • Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results.
  • Outgoing, results-driven personality with expertise in developing relationships.
  • Ability to communicate authentically and persuasively with leads, customers, and other stakeholders.
