TMC Transportation has an immediate full-time opening for a Securement Equipment Coordinator working out of our office in Columbia, SC.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of a Securement Equipment Coordinator is to maintain all load securement equipment and make sure that it is in good working condition and ready to go at all times.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account and track all Load Securement items such as: tarps, straps, chains, bingers, etc.
- Pre-stock all truck and trailers that are available for the new releases
- Keep the shop area clean and up to TMC standards at all items
- Patch and repair tarps
- Other duties as assigned
