MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma with at least one year of related administrative work experience
- Previous experience in the transportation industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) products.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and tolerate stress
- Ability to plan and organize, attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess courteous, yet assertive telephone personality.

TMC Transportation has an immediate full-time opening for a Dedicated Customer Service Assistant working out of our office in Joplin, MO.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Employee will provide administrative support to the Dedicated Operations Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering customer phone calls
- Tracking loads
- Building loads
- Assisting with customer websites and updating pertinent information
- Daily lot checks and verifying equipment
- Collect paperwork from vendors, drivers, and customers
- Other duties as assigned
