Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree or Bachelors, preferably in Transportation or Human Resources; or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to travel as an essential function of the job
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Excellent written and oral communication, must maintain strong presentation skills
- Ability to speak and be influential to possible candidates
- Possess a working knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work autonomously

TMC Transportation has an immediate opening for a Full-time Field Recruiter, Travel required. Most weeks you would leave the house on Monday and not return until Friday. Schedule will depend on the availability of appointments at each school you travel to. Region will be TN, AL, MS and GA. Ideal candidate will reside in TN or nothern AL.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of a Field Recruiter is to develop and maintain recruiting sources within a designated geographic territory and deliver quality applications for over the road driving positions.
This person will be responsible for going into Truck Driving schools conducting presentations to students, engaging and maintaining relationships with School staff. The territory would be Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia. The position pays a base salary of $45,0000 plus commissions paid out monthly. It comes with a company car and laptop.
