Job Requirements of Logistics Sales Development Intern:
Qualifications you NEED:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation as this is an ON-SITE position (no remote work currently available)
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status
Credentials to help you STAND OUT:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, or in a related field.
- Prior work experience in Sales, Leadership, or Customer Service.
- Graduation year is December 2025 – May 2026

Logistics Sales Development Intern

As a participant in our Sales Development Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that lives these values in their daily work practices.

During this 12-week program you will enjoy:
- Full-time; PAID real life experience
- 1:1 mentorship
- Weekly intern-specific enrichment opportunities including Field Trips.
- Hands-on experience in Sales, Transportation, and Logistics
Day-to-day you will be working on:
- Researching new leads, uncovering new opportunities, and working with prospective customers to utilize TMC’s world class logistics offerings.
- Leveraging outbound sales prospects thru outreach via phone and email communications.
- Collaborating with our internal teams to craft and propose best in class brokerage solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals guided by a strong mentorship program
- Using Salesforce and other sales tools, building prospect lists, and sharing results with the sales and leadership teams.
- Learn in-depth knowledge of TMC’S platform, industry trends, and competition.
