TMC Transportation has an immediate full-time opening for a Logistics Sales Training Specialists based in and working out of our Naperville, IL office.


As a Logistics Sales Training Specialist, you will play an integral role in facilitating and executing various employee development programs. You will be empowered with flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research, and analysis of both new, and existing learning materials. You will be provided the opportunity to work and collaborate with TMC Leadership and TMC Employees on an interpersonal level through curriculum planning and coordination. The Logistics Sales Training Specialist role is dynamic, highly visible, and critical to the future of TMC Transportation!

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 6 months of Logistics Sales experience required (1-2 years sales experience is preferred, but not required.)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time, in alignment with Company needs.
  • Salesforce, DX (LI/LD), TMC systems proficient.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient.
  • No disciplinary action in the last 6 months.



  • Must be able to sit and use telephone and computer, simultaneously, for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to speak and hear clearly in a high-volume telephone environment.
  • Must be able to present training content in person or via teleconferencing platforms.
  • Must have a coaching mindset.
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment
